How to Create & Export Targeted Marketing Lists in Bear IQ

As an event producer, having access to your attendee data is crucial for maximizing the ROI of your events. With Bear IQ, you can easily create targeted marketing lists that you can use for your marketing campaigns. In this article, we'll walk you through the steps to create a targeted marketing list using our platform

Step 1: Log into Our Business Intelligence Platform

The first step is to log into our business intelligence platform. If you haven't already created an account, you'll need to do so. Once you're logged in, you'll see the dashboard that displays all of the modules available.

Step 2: Navigate to the Marketing Module

On the left side of the platform, you'll see a tab labeled "Dashboards." Click on this tab and enter the Marketing Module.

Step 3: Access the Audience Viewer

From the tab at the bottom of your module, navigate to the Audience Viewer. This is where you'll be able to apply filters to get your entire universe down to a targeted list.

Step 4: Apply Filters

Once you're in the Audience Viewer, you can begin applying filters to create a targeted list. You can filter by demographics, behavior, interests, and more. Experiment with different filters until you have a list that meets your needs.

Step 5: Export the Contact List

Once you're satisfied with the contacts in your list, it's time to export it. Click on the blue "Export" drop down, and then click the three grey dots that appear in your contact box. This will open a drop down, select "Export data".

Step 6: Choose the Export Format

A pop-up window will appear asking you which format you want the contacts exported in. Select the format that best suits your needs, and then click "Export."

Step 7: Download the Contact List

The file will be downloaded to your computer, and it's ready to be uploaded to any marketing technology.
